Wall Prep
  • Dings repaired, if you ask
  • No pre-paint dust removal
  • Minimal Sanding
  • 1-1.5 coats of contractor grade paint, maybe backrolling

  • Flashlight inspection for dings and imperfections
  • Leaf-blown walls to remove dust pre-paint
  • All walls sanded with 150 grit sandpaper
  • Dusty corners caulked
  • 2 full coats sprayed, with backrolling on second coat for stippling texture and ease of touchup
  • Flashlight inspection for dings and imperfections
  • Leaf-blown walls to remove dust pre-paint

  • Caulk only on mitered joints and corners

  • Bondo on mitered joints & corners
  • Puttied nail holes
  • Some visible wood grain & imperfections
  • 2 coats of premium urethane trim paint
  • Bondo on mitered joints & corners
  • Upgraded primer - specialty wood primer for better sanding
  • Meticulous flashlight inspection and Bondo repair on nail holes, wood grain, and imperfections
  • Extra sanding to remove factory finish of trim & doors, and buffing between coats
  • 3 coats of a premium urethane trim paint
